Dark orbit deal more dmg

Damage is tracked on a simple victory point track, indeed damage here really is simply another form of victory points. The idea of the game is to damage the opposing faction, and this is generally achieved either by trapping them with installed cards, or being in the same sector as opponents when an onslaught is triggered. and this is the fun bit, kicking off an onslaught in every sector. Sectors also have a special effect, such as triggering another move, moving a malfunction piece around (to negate an installed card), or. Sectors may have cards installed that influence the arriving piece, which appear from a deck that each faction maintains.

On arrival at the new sector, the piece is placed into one of the four rooms, which are adjacent to one, two or three other rooms in that sector.

A turn is a player picking up one of their three pieces, and moving it around the circle sectors a number of sectors equal to the number of playing pieces in the departure space. The game is very straightforward, and is heavily inspired by Mancala - the ancient pit dropping game.
